Here are a few fotos taken on I44 West of St Louis at the Meramac RIver. Note the BIG TRUCK half under water..OOPS...This second foto is a pickup truck . Well my newest student Paul has been doing quite well. He's an excellent backer. Seems to enjoy pullups. He's been with me since last Thursday, started out on a HAZMAT load with a flat tire on the trailer. We followed that with a relay from GARY to Oklahoma ending it running over our 14hours because the consignee refused to allow us to park on their property for our ten. Needless to say, if they had unloaded us on time, we would have been OK. Topping it off, they also refused part of our load as excess, NOT THEIRS. We needed to take the pallet of goods to a drop area in TULSA. This third load is somewat better. great loading good travel and weater and hopefully tomorrow an easy unload at Fort Worth. Todays drive was interesting for Paul, and after a deep breathe, he recovered well from a drive along State Route 9 in Arkansas. UP, Downs, LEFTS and RIGHTS, like a snake. Even to crossing a 33.5 ton limited bridge with 77, 640#. How's that for experiences. He's sitting in front of me now, and I'm afraid to ask what he really thinks of today's activities.

These other fotos are shots along state route 9

Here at Dallas, I managed to run into a few friends, both drivers and mechanics.
